Upcoming Events

Inspired by the “A Salute to Our Veterans” plaque installed at  Veteranos Park in 2025, artists will be painting to celebrate the enduring legacy of Glendale’s Hispanic veterans—their courage, dedication, and sacrifices in service to our country. We warmly invite veterans, military families and the entire community to watch these tributes take shape and help carry their stories forward.

Sunday Brunch Art Crawl on October 25, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., on 58th Avenue, just north of Glendale Avenue.

Ten local artists will be live painting Veterans Day tribute murals on 4-by-7-foot canvases, giving visitors an opportunity to meet the artists and watch works honoring those who served take shape.  Each artwork offers a moment to remember those who never returned, thank those who came home, and recognize the families who served alongside them in spirit.

The event extends a heartfelt welcome to local veterans and military families, recognizing both military service and the strength, love, and sacrifices of those who support service members at home. Families are invited to connect with neighbors, experience the art, and enjoy this special tribute in the heart of Glendale.
